About Sonic Solutions USA
Founded in 1995 by flexographic printers at Label Tek, Sonic Solutions USA was born from firsthand experience with clogged, underperforming anilox rolls.
What began as a search for a better way to restore cell volume led to a breakthrough — the industry’s first ultrasonic cleaning system designed to clean rolls above the tank rather than fully submerge them.
Despite early skepticism, this patented technology set a new industry standard.
Today, Sonic Solutions systems are trusted worldwide for safely and effectively cleaning anilox rolls, with customers like Label Tek still using their original units — and never having to replace a roll due to ultrasonic damage.
